The product can be:
Returned - within 14 days without giving a reason - applies to EU member states only. Returns outside the EU are not possible!
Complaint - claim defect or incomplete/defective shipment (wrong size is not a defect).

What is not possible:
Exchange - we do not exchange for another size or different goods. If you need a different size, please place a new order and we will refund you for the non-conforming item.
