Right of cancellation
You have the right to cancel the contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day you or a nominated third party, who is not carrier, has / have taken possession of the goods. To exert your right of revocation, you must inform us (firstname.lastname@example.org) about your decision, to cancel the contract. You can use the revocation form, which has been added in paper form to the order, but this is not mandatory. In your account in our eshop you can electronically complete and submit the revocation form. In case you exercise this option, we will immediately transmit (e.g. via email) a confirmation of the receipt of such revocation. To keep the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about using the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract we have to return the goods value, which we have received from you, without delivery costs immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we have received the notification about the revocation of this contract. For this refund we use the same payment type which you have used for the initial transaction, unless something different has been expressly agreed with you; in no event fees will be charged to you for this refund. You have to send back or hand over the goods to FanaticShop.eu , PO Box 60 , 70200 Ostrava , Czech Republic, immediately and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day you have informed us about the revocation of this contract. The period is kept, if you send back the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You bear the direct costs for the return of the goods.
The product can be:
Changed - within 14 days. Replacements can be handled within a week (if available), maximum is 14 days.
Returned - within 14 days without giving a reason. We refund within a week, the statutory period is within 14 days.
Complaint - we handle the complaint within 30 days - depends on the scope of the complaint.
